Advocacy Update: The CASE Act

On October 22, the US House of Representatives passed the Copyright Alternative in Small-Claims Enforcement (CASE) Act with a vote of 410-6. It now moves to the Senate for a vote. RWA, which joined with other organizations to send letters in support of the Act to Congress in April, applauds the House for voting in favor of empowering creators to protect their rights.
