Pen to Paper—RWA’s intensive, seven-month program to take unpublished authors from first idea to first draft—is now accepting registrations!
What can participants expect?
- You’ll be part of a five-person Partner Circle that will stick with you throughout the program, creating that inner circle of allies and writing partners that could last long after the program ends. Each Partner Circle will have published author guides to moderate and facilitate your progress.

You’ll hear from diverse experts in the romance universe via articles, audio recordings, and specially created videos from some of the genre’s most-beloved authors.

Pen to Paper is $750 for RWA members who enroll by July 18 and $900 until July 26. The non-member price is $950 until July 18 and $1,050 after that. Scholarships are available.
